General Policy

At Creative Augmentation LLP, we strive to offer excellent digital marketing services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Due to the nature of our services, including social media management, ad campaign execution, web development, chatbot setup, and integration of tools like the WhatsApp Business API, we adhere to a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Payment Terms

For all projects, we require a 50% advance payment to begin work. This deposit is used to cover initial project expenses and secure the allocation of resources and third-party tools necessary for your project, such as server space, software, and subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy

Before Service Commencement:
If you decide to cancel your project before we have commenced any work, you are eligible to receive a full refund of your advance payment, minus any direct expenses already incurred on your behalf (e.g., purchases of servers, software licenses).

After Service Commencement:
Once work has begun on your project, the 50% advance payment becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made after project commencement will result in the loss of the advance payment to cover part of the work already performed and expenses incurred.

Long-term Contracts:
For long-term engagements or contracts, cancellation terms will be specifically outlined in your individual contract agreement, including details on any phased payments or milestones.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:
Expenses made on behalf of the client, including but not limited to third-party subscriptions, server costs, software, and other non-cancellable resources.

Services already performed or partially performed under the terms of any project agreement.

Modifications to Projects

If you need to make changes to the scope of your project after commencement, we are happy to discuss adjustments. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes and additional resources required.

No-Show or Delayed Feedback

If project delays occur due to client inaction or delayed feedback, Creative Augmentation LLP reserves the right to adjust the project timeline and fees accordingly.
