Your own accounts, not ours
Send from a Google Workspace mailbox you own and a WhatsApp Business number on your own account, through Google's and Meta's official APIs. You stay the owner of every account and every conversation; Creativ Outreach only sends what you built, when you scheduled it.

Sequences across email and WhatsApp
Chain steps with delays and send times — an email on day 0, a follow-up in the same thread on day 3, a WhatsApp template on day 5. Every step has a daily cap and a minimum gap, so a mailbox never bursts.

It stops when a person answers
A reply, a bounce, an unsubscribe click or a WhatsApp STOP ends that contact's sequence automatically. Replies land in your own inbox, where a human answers them.

How It Works
Connect a mailbox, import your contacts, build the sequence once. Four steps, no code.

1. Connect a Google mailbox with one click. We ask only for permission to send email on your behalf and to read message headers, never message bodies.

2. Import contacts from a CSV. Duplicates are merged, invalid addresses rejected, and anyone on your suppression list is never enrolled.

3. Build the sequence. Templates with merge fields, a send window, daily caps per sender.

4. Launch. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe; every WhatsApp message honours STOP.

Connecting a Google mailbox grants Creativ Outreach two Gmail permissions and nothing else. Here is exactly what each one allows — and what stays out of reach.

It can send email from your mailbox
Only messages you composed, to contacts you imported, on the schedule you set.

It can read message headers
Sender, recipient, subject line, message identifiers and auto-reply markers — so it can tell that a contact replied or that a message bounced, and stop the sequence.

It cannot read your messages
No email body, no attachments, no drafts, no contacts, and no changes to your mailbox settings — ever.

Your credential, encrypted and revocable
Your Google credential is stored encrypted on Google Cloud in Mumbai, India, and deleted the moment you disconnect the mailbox in the portal or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

FAQ

Common questions about Creativ Outreach

Does it read my email?+
No. It reads headers only — who a message is from and to, its subject and its message identifiers — enough to notice a reply or a bounce. Bodies and attachments are never accessed.
What happens when someone replies?+
Their sequence stops within minutes and the reply sits in your own inbox like any other email. Creativ Outreach never answers a reply.
Is WhatsApp allowed for outreach?+
Only with Meta-approved message templates, sent to people who have opted in, from a WhatsApp Business number on your own account. STOP is honoured immediately and the number's quality rating is watched daily.
Can it burn my mailbox's reputation?+
Every sender has a daily cap, a minimum gap between sends and a business-hours window, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe header — the same rules the big mailbox providers require of bulk senders.
Who can use it today?+
Our team runs it for Creative Augmentation's own outreach and for clients on a managed plan. Self-serve subscriptions are planned; talk to us if you want in early.
